TO RECEIVE A CASH PAYMENT OR HSN VOUCHER FROM THIS SETTLEMENT, YOU MUST SUBMIT A CLAIM, INCLUDING PROOF OF OWNERSHIP AND PROOF OF DESTRUCTION.

If you purchased certain portable clothing steamers from January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2020, you might be eligible for payment. Each Claimant should submit only one Claim Form relating to Steamer purchases regardless of the number of units purchased. Duplicate claims will not be processed.

Documentation At the end of this Claim Form, you will be required to upload documentation showing Proof of Ownership and Proof of Destruction. Also, supporting documentation may be required to prove your purchases. Please review the table below for more information:

The Unique ID # provided by the Claims Administrator is considered proof of purchase for all Steamers purchased new directly from HSN. Claimants that provide a Unique ID# on the Claim Form are not required to provide proof of purchase unless claiming more than ten (10) Steamer units.

Documentation is still required if you are claiming additional Steamers purchased from a third-party retailer.

Submit Claim Form without a Unique ID #:

If you did not receive a Notice and purchased your Steamer(s) after January 1, 2015, you will need to provide Proof of Purchase in the form of a receipt to be eligible for a cash payment.

Steamers purchased prior to January 1, 2015 are eligible to receive a HSN voucher and do not require proof of purchase.

Additionally, claims submitted for Steamers purchased from third-party retailers without providing proof of purchase will also receive a HSN voucher, regardless of the date of purchase.

Claiming More Than Ten (10) Steamers:

Per the Settlement Agreement, for Claimants that seek a cash refund or voucher for more than ten (10) Steamers, HSN reserves the right to require proof of the price paid for the Steamers. This is regardless of whether or not the Unique ID # is provided.

Documentation needs to be clear and readable; no documentation provided to the Claims Administrator will be returned to you. Acceptable files for online filing must be one of the following formats and no larger than 20MB per file: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf, or zip.

How to File Online:

To file online, you will be asked to provide Contact information, the Unique ID, if applicable, and purchase information including price, date, and quantity. Lastly, you will be able to upload any documentation required to prove your claim. Please have all your information ready including purchase information and documentation before you get started, as you will not be able to save your progress and return at a later time.



How to File by Mail:

If you would like to file a Claim Form by mail, download a copy of the Claim Form. Please read the form carefully, fill it out completely, and attach any documentation. Then, send the completed Claim Form to Claims Administrator at the following:
